Orders placed on SlickSyntheticIce.com usually ship within 3-5 business days, larger orders may take more time. Transit time is 2-6 business days (not guaranteed) via ground freight service, depending on where you are located.
Once your order is shipped you'll receive tracking information (shipping tracking number). Best to call the phone number provided to set-up a delivery date/time. The Super-Glide Slick is off loaded by lift gate to your driveway. If Super-Glide Substratum is purchased, this will need to be offloaded by the customer either by hand (will need 2-3 people) or a forklift. The panels are light, they just need to be slid off the pallet on the truck to another location.

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for Super-Glide® Slick within 5 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. All items that are returned have to be reusable to receive any refund. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. Shipping costs are not refundable. Purchaser pays return shipping costs.
If an item is received damaged please contact Global Synthetic Ice immediately. Buyer has the right to examine the goods upon receipt and has 3 days in which to notify seller in writing of any claim of damage to the goods. Such notice must specify in detail the particulars of the claim. Failure to provide such notice within the requisite time period constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
If an item you received has defective parts they will be replace with a new part. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
LIMITED THREE-YEAR WARRANTY
Our obligation under this limited warranty shall be limited to repairing the product or, at our option, replacing it with a comparable new or reconditioned product. Global Synthetic Ice may require independent confirmation of claimed defect. Replacement parts will be warranted for only the remaining period of the original Warranty. This Warranty does not cover the cost of assembly or disassembly, labor, or any other incidental costs involved in the removal of a defective part or the installation of the replacement part.
This limited warranty applies under condition of normal use only. The warranty does not apply to defects that result from accident, misuse or abuse, intentional damage, alteration or modification of the product, negligence, hockey goalie training, fire, flood, or other acts of God, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Outside the United States, specific legal rights may vary depending on the country of residence of the original purchaser.
